Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@sunluxcollective.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided upon approval. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover the return shipping or provide a replacement/refund solution.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care items (if applicable)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
